If Polymail needs a refresh or something doesn't look quite right or something isn't up to date, clearing cache can help. Here's how to do that:
In our iOS app:
- Swipe to the right to access the menu
- Click on the gear icon at the bottom
- Then click on "clear cache" towards the bottom of the new screen that appears.
Polymail Web and our new Mac app:
- Click the small arrow in the lower left corner of the app.
- Click on Settings in the menu that appears.
- "Clear Cache" will be an option at the bottom of the left side bar:
