Polymail allows you to connect a Zoom account, so that calendar events created with your scheduling calendar can have a Zoom meeting link automatically included.
Installing the Zoom integration
- Login into your Polymail account, and then head to Settings.
- In settings, go to the Integrations tab, and click install next to Zoom.
- You will be redirected to Zoom to complete the authentication, and then redirected back.
Setup a Scheduling Meeting Link to Use Zoom
- Select the Meeting Times tab in Polymail
- Then select the calendar you want to update
- Under the Add conference link to meetings? dropdown option, select Zoom
- Click Save
Uninstall the Zoom integration
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
- Click Manage -> Installed Apps or search for the Polymail app
- Click the Polymail app
- Click Uninstall
