Polymail allows you to connect a Zoom account, so that calendar events created with your scheduling calendar can have a Zoom meeting link automatically included.

Installing the Zoom integration

  1. Log in to your Polymail account, and then head to Settings.

  2. In settings, go to the Integrations tab, and click install next to Zoom.

  3. You will be redirected to Zoom to complete the authentication, and then redirected back.

Setup a Scheduling Meeting Link to Use Zoom

  1. Select the Meeting Times tab in Polymail

  2. Then select the calendar you want to update

  3. Under the Add conference link to meetings? dropdown option, select Zoom

  4. Click Save

Uninstall the Zoom integration

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace

  2. Click Manage -> Installed Apps or search for the Polymail app

  3. Click the Polymail app

  4. Click Uninstall
