How to set up HubSpot with Polymail

Our HubSpot integration makes it easier for you to access your HubSpot details for a contact.

Installing the Hubspot Integration

  1. Login to your Polymail account, and then head to Settings.

  2. In settings, go to the Integrations tab, and click install next to HubSpot

  3. You will be redirected to HubSpot to complete the authentication, and then redirected back.

Once your HubSpot account is connected, we'll automatically show you contact details, companies, deals, and tickets on the Right Sidebar.

We've also added some special commands in the Command Center Just tap ⌘J, and typeahead to:

  • "HubSpot: Create Meeting Link"

  • "HubSpot: Open directly in HubSpot"
