Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security when accessing your Polymail account. When you enable this feature, you will receive a secondary code to verify your identity when logging into Polymail in a new device.

You can enable Two Factor Authentication on your account in your iPhone, Web or Desktop app!

Desktop & Web App

You can turn on 2-Factor Authentication by going to Settings, and clicking the Security & Data tab. Once you are there, select the toggle for Two-Factor Authentication.

After you toggle the option, you will be asked to enter your phone number, and a code will be sent to this number to verify. Once it is verified, you will be required to use Two-Factor Authentication when logging into Polymail in any device!

iOS Application

You can turn on Two-Factor Authentication in the Polymail iOS app by going into Preferences, and scrolling to the Security section. Tap on the "2 Factor Authentication" section, and you will see a toggle to enable Two-Factor Authentication.
