How to Add and Remove Team Members

Polymail makes it easy to collaborate with your team. Here’s how to invite new members or remove existing ones from your team.

Inviting a Teammate
To invite someone to join your Polymail team:

  • Open Polymail Settings

  • Click the Team & Users tab in the left sidebar

  • Enter your teammate’s email address

  • Click Invite

  • Your teammate will receive an email invitation to join your team. If they don’t already have a Polymail account, they’ll be prompted to create one.

Note: You will be billed for a team member as soon as they accept the invitation.

Removing a Teammate
To remove someone from your team:

  • Open Polymail Settings

  • Click the Team & Users tab in the sidebar

  • Find the teammate you want to remove

  • Click the X button to the right of their email address

  • They will be removed immediately from your team and will no longer have access to team features.

Only admins can remove team members.

Need to add them back? You can re-invite them anytime using the same steps above.
