Managing your inbox doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Here’s a quick guide to help you stay organized and in control of your conversations in Polymail.
Done with an email? Archive it!
Just tap E on your keyboard or click the archive icon. If someone replies later, the conversation will automatically return to your inbox—no need to go searching for it.
Want to handle it later? Snooze it!
Need more time before replying or taking action? Open the Command Center (⌘ + J), type "later", and choose when you want the email to come back to your inbox.
Pro tip: Use the hotkey ⌘ + D to pick a specific date instantly.
You’ll find snoozed emails in your Read Later folder until they return to your inbox.
Don’t need it? Delete it!
Press the delete key or click the trash icon to remove it from your inbox and send it to the Trash folder.
Want to stop a newsletter? Unsubscribe with one click.
If it’s not something you want to keep seeing, hit the Unsubscribe button at the top right of the email—or open the Command Center (⌘ + J) and type "unsubscribe".
Tired of unwanted senders? Mark it as spam.
If someone won’t stop emailing you, open the Command Center and type "spam" to block them quickly and clean up your inbox.
Need to organize it? Label it!
Want to store a message for easy reference later? Open the Command Center (⌘ + J) and type "label" or just tap L. Select the label you want, and you're all set.
That’s it!
With these simple tools, you can stay on top of your inbox and manage conversations with ease.
