If Polymail needs a refresh or something doesn't look quite right or something isn't up to date, clearing cache can help. Here's how to do that:
In our iOS app:

Click on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the app

Click on the gear icon at the bottom

Then click on "clear cache" towards the bottom of the new screen that appears.
Polymail Web and our Desktop app:

Click the small arrow in the lower left corner of the app.

Click on Settings in the menu that appears.

"Clear Cache" will be an option at the bottom of the left side bar:
