If Polymail needs a refresh or something doesn't look quite right or something isn't up to date, forcing a re-sync can help. Here's how to do that:
In our iOS app:
Click on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the app
Click on the gear icon at the bottom
Then click on "re-sync" towards the bottom of the new screen that appears.
Polymail Web and our Desktop app:
Click the small arrow in the lower left corner of the app.
Click on Settings in the menu that appears.
"Re-Sync" will be an option at the bottom of the left side bar:
