Who Is Eligible?
To qualify, your organization must:
Hold valid charitable status with the IRS (for U.S.-based nonprofits) or a local tax authority/charity commission
Be a registered nonprofit organization that operates in alignment with our eligibility guidelines
Ineligible organizations include:
Schools, colleges, or academic institutions (students and educators may qualify for our Polymail Education Plan)
Hospitals or organizations involved in health insurance or group health plans
Political advocacy groups or organizations that attempt to influence public opinion
Private grant-making, independent, or operating foundations
Organizations that discriminate based on race, gender, ethnicity, national origin, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, or gender identity
Religious organizations that require participation in religious practices or doctrine to receive services (religious affiliation alone does not disqualify an organization)
How to Apply
If your organization meets the eligibility criteria, create a Polymail account and send us your application. Please include the following information:
Your Polymail login email
Registered name of your organization
Your location (City & Country)
Estimated team size for your Polymail account
Your legal identifier (e.g., Tax ID, Charity Number)
Your organization’s website
A brief description of your mission
The subscription plan you're interested in
