Read Tracking

You can choose to turn on read tracking for each individual email. To do this, in the Draft window, hover your cursor over the lighting bolt symbol on the bottom bar to toggle on or off as desired.

You can set your default preferences for email tracking in your Polymail settings:

Polymail's Activity Feed is available on all of our paid subscription plans. Your Activity Feed is a stream of activity that shows how your recipients are interacting with your emails. You'll see each opens, link clicks, and attachment download activity. You can filter to look only at All Activity, Opened, Clicked, or Downloaded by clicking those buttons in the top bar.

You can also view who has opened and read your emails from your sent folder. Find an email in your Sent folder and take a look at the lightning bolt. A grey lightning bolt indicates that no one has opened your message. A blue lightning bolt indicates that the message was opened — hover over the lightning bolt to see details on who opened and when.
