If you've recently changed the password associated with a particular email address, you will most likely need to update that password within Polymail, too. Our system will prompt you to do so, but if you're not seeing that quickly, logging out of Polymail and logging back into it on either app will trigger a prompt to re-authenticate your email credentials.
