If you’re new to Polymail, you’ll notice a row of icons at the top of your drafts. Here’s a quick guide to what each icon does, from left to right:

1. Inbox: Moves an email back to your Inbox if it’s currently in Trash, Spam, Archive, or under a label.

2. Snooze: Lets you pause an email and have it return to your inbox at a later time.

3. Archive: Sends the email to your Archive folder to keep your inbox clean without deleting the message.

4. Trash: Deletes the email and moves it to your Trash folder.

5. Star: Marks the email as important and adds it to your Starred folder for easy access.

6. Label: Allows you to organize the email by moving it to a specific label or folder.

7. Read / Unread: Toggles the email status between read and unread.

8. Mute: Silences notifications for new messages in that email thread, so you won’t be disturbed by further replies.

These icons make managing your emails simple and help you stay organized with just a few clicks.
